Return & Refund Policy

1) Free 30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund.

2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3) Non-Returnable / Partial Refund Cases

If applicable, partial refunds may be granted for items that are:

  • Not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Returned after 30 days from delivery (generally not accepted, but if accepted, may be subject to partial refund)

4) How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at oliligear@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return (and photos if damaged/defective)

We will reply with return instructions.

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • All shipping fee on us

  • Important: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping is not reimbursed.

7) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/card issuer.

8) Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times vary)

  3. Contact your bank

9) Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged (subject to availability).
To request an exchange, email oliligear@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
