Shipping Policy

1) Processing Time – We Ship Fast

We know you want your gear quickly.

Order processing (in-stock items):

  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volume, processing may take 3–4 business days.

Order confirmation & tracking:

  • After you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Urgent orders:
If you need your order urgently, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to prioritize it when feasible, but we cannot guarantee expedited processing.


2) Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders shipped within the United States.

Free standard shipping (United States):

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $99 USD or more (after discounts, before tax).

Orders below the free shipping threshold will see shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and the carrier service selected.

From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping codes. Any promotion will be clearly described on our site or in our email announcements.


3) Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipment)

Delivery time estimates begin after your package leaves our facility.

United States (Domestic):

  • Standard Shipping: usually 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available at checkout): usually 2–3 business days

Please note: delivery timelines are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, or other events outside our control.


4) Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation after the processing times stated above, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us.

6) Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up:

  • We can re-ship to a corrected address; additional shipping fees may apply.

  • In some cases, we may offer a refund minus original shipping costs, provided the item is returned to us in resellable condition.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We will try to update it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


7) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We care about your experience and will assist as much as possible.

Marked “Delivered” but not received:

  • Please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and your local carrier/post office.

  • If you still cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can help you open an inquiry with the carrier when applicable.

In transit with no movement:
Carrier scans can occasionally be delayed. If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Damaged on arrival:
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We will review and work with you on a replacement or another solution consistent with our Return Policy.


8) Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated policy is posted.
